Development Leader for Operational and Management Support, Psychiatry

In this role, you will support frontline managers in the area and cross-border improvement work in healthcare. You will also be involved in developing tomorrow's care with digital care environments, investigations, and analyses related to information-driven care, knowledge management, and the transition to close care.

The operational and management support consists of a small group of employees working on various development issues and educational processes. The workplace has good cohesion with strong collegial support. As an employee, you have significant responsibility for your individual assignment and great freedom regarding the execution of tasks.

As we in Psychiatry care about our patients and value patient safety highly, we will request extracts from the suspicion and criminal records from the National Police Board in connection with the recruitment. We are looking for someone with knowledge of the organization of healthcare, relevant knowledge of the conditions and flows of care, and preferably previous experience in psychiatric healthcare. Experience working with processes and development issues is a requirement, with a focus on digitization and information-driven care being an advantage. We also see that you have training in a healthcare profession or other education deemed equivalent for the position.

You who apply are secure, unpretentious, and have good self-awareness as well as a willingness to share your knowledge. As a person, you find it easy to collaborate but also have a good ability to work independently and take your own initiatives to implement and highlight current issues. The position requires good communication skills with experience working analytically. You also need to be able to independently produce written materials. Together with your immediate supervisor, you should be able to plan, prioritize, and structure your own work.
